OUR CLUB
Spokane Zephyr FC is a professional women’s soccer club based in Spokane, Washington, competing at the top level of the sport in the Gainbridge Super League. Founded in 2023 and debuting in 2024, the club is the first professional women’s sports team in the Inland Northwest, marking a major milestone for both the city and the wider region’s robust sports landscape. As one of the Super League’s inaugural clubs, Zephyr FC finished fifth in its first campaign, just shy of making the playoffs. The club’s debut performance earned Emina Ekić Player of the Year and Hope Hisey Goalkeeper of the Year.

The Spokane Zephyr FC crest pays homage to the winds of change that brought this milestone for women’s professional sports to the region, as well as the rich, golden fields that surround and sustain the Inland Northwest.

The Gainbridge Super League, a USL property, is a Division One professional women’s soccer league, operated by the United Soccer League, the largest and fastest-growing pre-professional and professional soccer organization in the United States.
Built for the future of women’s soccer, the Gainbridge Super League has committed to U.S. Soccer’s Division One standards, reflecting its collective vision to be a global leader in women’s soccer on and off the field while providing more opportunities for more women in more communities.
Nine teams are set to compete in the 2025/26 Gainbridge Super League season.
