Aequus Sports Foundation, the 501(c)(3) affiliate of Aequus Sports LLC, is proud to support Spokane Impact FC, a team created specifically to provide a professional soccer experience to athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

The team competes in the Inspire Soccer League, a nationwide league built in partnership with the U.S. Soccer Federation and co-founded by Spokane Velocity FC midfielder Nil Vinyals.

Aequus Sports Foundation

The Aequus Sports Foundation is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate of Aequus Sports LLC, the ownership entity of Spokane Velocity FC. Rooted in the belief that sport belongs to everyone, the Foundation uses soccer to build inclusion and opportunity across the Spokane community.

Today, the Foundation’s primary focus is supporting Spokane Impact FC, a team for athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities that competes in the Inspire Soccer League. Looking ahead, the Foundation will expand its work to include advocacy and broader community initiatives that make the game more accessible and welcoming for all.
