HOW DO I RELOCATE MY SEAT WHEN I RENEW?
Fantastic! Relocations will not begin until mid-October. If you would like to relocate, the best way to do this is to renew your tickets, and when in your account there is a place where you can indicate your desire to move your seats. Once all the renewals are done, we will begin calling those who wish to relocate in the order in which they renewed.
CAN I ADD SEATS TO MY ACCOUNT?
If you wish to add seats for 2025, please indicate that in the comments section of the renewal. Once renewals are complete, a member of our team will call you to add the additional seats. Seat addition requests will be handled prior to relocation requests, and before 2025 season tickets are opened to the general public.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
YES! You can select the payment plan when you renew.
DO I HAVE TO RENEW MY ZEPHYR SEASON TICKETS NOW TOO?
Zephyr season ticket renewals will happen in early 2025. No need to do anything with your Zephyr account right now.
WHAT IF I DON’T RENEW BY THE NEW SEPTEMBER 18TH DEADLINE?
Those that do not renew on or before 9/18, but still wish to renew, will retain their current seats until October 26 (last regular season home match) and will still have opportunity to renew at the new 2025 season ticket rates soon to be released. After October 26, all non-renewed seats will be released for sale to the general public.
HOW MANY MATCHES DOES MY 2025 MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
Your 2025 Velocity membership will include 18 matches at ONE Spokane Stadium. This is an increase from 16 in 2024, which is why you see an increase in your overall package price. If you renew on or before September 18 (new, extended deadline), you will receive your tickets at the 2024 per-match price. Starting September 19, 2025 season ticket prices will go into effect.
CAN I TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF MY TICKETS?
Primary account holders can transfer ownership of tickets. We must receive, in writing, permission from the primary account holder with the understanding that they are releasing the rights to their seats.
