Spokane, WA – Windermere Real Estate, the largest regional real estate company in the Western U.S., has partnered with the USL Spokane team to support low-income and homelessness.
Windermere is an Impact Blue Elite Partnership member, an official top tier partner of USL Spokane.
Through this partnership, USL Spokane and Windermere will host a different charity every month in four high-end seats in the official Windermere Stadium Corner of ONE Spokane Stadium. The Windermere Foundation, Windermere Real Estate’s non-profit arm that helps support low-income and homelessness throughout our community, will lead the effort. The charity of choice through the Windermere Foundation will rotate monthly based upon the non-profit Windermere selects to support that month with professional soccer entertainment.
“Windermere has a longstanding legacy of excellent community building in the Spokane region, we are thrilled to have Windermere as a top-tier (Impact Blue Elite) partner,” said Tate Kelly, Vice President of Partnerships for USL Spokane. “We also love that they’re going to be able to use seating within the stadium to do good for local charities”.
Scott Wetzel, President and CEO of Windermere Services Mountain West shares that “Community is the foundation to everything Windermere stands for. We’re proud and excited to be partnering with USL Spokane to support our area in sport and in giving.”
