Jo Johnson is a decorated former collegiate soccer player who served as an assistant coach at the University of Tulsa from 2021-24. An NJCAA All-American while Texas-El Paso, where she was named the Miners’ Defensive Player of the Year, MVP, and winner of the team’s Leadership Award, as well as to the C-USA All Conference moved to Oklahoma and spent seven seasons as women’s head coach at Jenks High School.

Brian Perriman served as an assistant for the University of Arizona women’s soccer team, and as a talent scout for the U.S. youth national program before joining Zephyr FC. He played at Menlo College in California before playing professionally for the San Jose Frogs of the USL and FC Tucson. Before his most recent tenure at Arizona, he coached at Florida International University, High Point University, East Carolina University, New Mexico State and a previous tenure at UA.

Josh McAllister has worked at every level of soccer including US Youth Soccer, Division 1 Men’s, MLS Academy, USL, MLS, and NWSL. This includes positions as Performance Coach for Sporting Kansas City, Minnesota United FC, Portland Timbers, and OL Reign. Josh has been a part of teams that won numerous trophies including the US Open Cup, USL Western Conference Championship, and NWSL Shield (best regular season record). He also serves as an assistant coach for Spokane Velocity FC, the men’s side of USL Spokane.
